MGTOW I don't date & I don't take

Respect should be given and disrespect should not be tolerated.  Men value being respected above everything.  The best outcome is when everyone feels respected and valued.  Therefore I don't date or take crap is a call to action to respect yourself first and require others to do the same if they want that same respect in return, if not, you don't have to take it.
