Unicorn Activity Wall Panel

The Unicorn Activity Wall Panel is a four-panel busy board shaped like a unicorn, with eight different hands-on activities spread across its surface. Children turn interlocking cogs, trace a looping bead maze, spin shapes, tap out notes on a built-in xylophone with a mini cymbal, run their fingers over a grooved percussion board, slide pieces around a magnetic puzzle, and catch their reflection in concave and convex mirrors. The unicorn's eye twists to reveal different facial expressions. Each station works the hands and eyes together in a different way, so children move from one activity to the next and discover something new at each stop - all without taking up a square inch of floor space. Many activity boards repeat a single kind of interaction - all knobs, or all beads. The Unicorn panel deliberately mixes tactile, visual, auditory, and manipulative stations, so a child working through it cycles through genuinely different challenges rather than the same motion eight times over. The mirrors and the twistable expression eye also open the door to language and feelings conversations that a purely mechanical board cannot. Where These Work Best Playrooms and Bedrooms This is where the Unicorn panel is happiest. Mounted at a toddler's height on a bedroom or playroom wall, it turns an empty stretch of wall into an activity center without giving up any floor space for toys or furniture. With a smaller number of children using it and a parent nearby, the eight stations get explored thoroughly and the panel holds up well to everyday play. The bright rainbow design and unicorn shape make it a centerpiece children gravitate toward on their own. Home Daycares and Small Group Settings In a home daycare or small in-home program where a handful of children share the space and an adult is always present, the panel adds variety to a play area at a friendly price point. The mix of tactile, visual, and auditory stations keeps young children engaged, and wall mounting keeps the floor clear for other activities. Home Fine-Motor and Therapy Programs For families carrying out a home OT or fine-motor program, each station calls for a different hand movement - turning cogs, tracing the bead maze wire, sliding magnetic pieces, gripping the beaters, twisting the eye. That range lets a parent or therapist work several grip types and motor skills in one sitting, in a format children read as play rather than exercise. Eight activities in one wall fixture: interlocking cogs, bead maze, spinning shapes, concave and convex mirrors, xylophone with mini cymbal, grooved percussion board, magnetic puzzle, twistable expression eye Mounts flat to the wall - adds an activity center without using floor space Beaters and magnetic pieces are detachable - best suited to supervised play Four panels include pre-drilled fixing holes, screws, and mounting instructions For ages 18 months and up, PreK and up Indoor use only Made by Learning Advantage
