The quantity of each latex balloon color is dependent on the garland size selected from the button menu (pictured is a 20ft garland). The clear bubble balloons are included. The pvc starfish and seahorse inflatables are add-on items; you can purchase these from the button menu. Please note the backdrop and stands are not included and are not available for purchase.
