I’m purchasing for a large organization – do you offer pricing and support for large customers? Yes! We’d love to create a customized solution for you with the optimal products, pricing and even training for your organization. Click here to get started. What’s the difference between Force of Nature Pro and Force of Nature? We designed Force of Nature Pro for organizations that use larger amounts of cleaning products, so the Force of Nature Pro Electrolyzer Appliance and Activator Capsules are both larger. The Electrolyzer Appliance in the smaller Force of Nature uses one 3 ml Activator Capsule to create 12 oz of all-in-one cleaner, deodorizer and disinfectant, while the Force of Nature Pro Electrolyzer Appliance uses one 10 ml Pro Activator Capsule to create 32 oz, or two 10 ml Pro Activator Capsules to create 64 oz. The Electrolyzer Appliance in the smaller Force of Nature uses one 3 mL Activator Capsule to create 355 mL of all-in-one cleaner, deodorizer and disinfectant. The Force of Nature Pro Electrolyzer Appliance uses one 10 mL Pro Activator Capsule to create 946 mL, or two 10 mL Pro Activator Capsules to create 1.9 L of our all-in-one formula. How can you help with my organization’s sustainability goals? Force of Nature Pro allows you to reduce your plastic waste by 97%. Each recyclable Pro Activator Capsule eliminates one single-use plastic bottle, as well as the carbon from producing, transporting and disposing of those bottles. We’ve earned Green Seal Certification for meeting the highest standards in protecting health, ensuring clean water, preserving the climate, and minimizing waste. Our system is certified Carbon Neutral by ClimatePartner. How do you use Force of Nature Pro? Choose whether you want to make 32 oz or 64 oz (half gallon). Fill the Electrolyzer Appliance to the corresponding fill line, plug it in, squeeze in one Pro Activator Capsule to make 32 oz, or 2 Pro Activator Capsules to make 64 oz, then push the corresponding Start button. It takes 7 minutes to create 32 oz and 14 minutes for 64 oz. Once the cycle is complete, pour it into the spray bottles and your all-in-one cleaner, deodorizer and EPA registered disinfectant is ready to use. Do you have a warranty or guarantee? Yes we have both! As long as you use your Force of Nature Pro according to our instructions, it’s covered by a limited one year warranty. We also have a 100% Happiness Guarantee, which means that if you’re not completely satisfied with your Force of Nature Pro, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund minus the return shipping cost. Does Force of Nature have a scent? Force of Nature has no added fragrances, so it’s a great option for people with asthma and allergies. It has a light, clean swimming pool scent that’s naturally created when salt, water & vinegar are electrolyzed in the appliance. How does the cost of Force of Nature Pro compare to typical cleaning products? The on-going cost of the all-in-one cleaner you make in Force of Nature Pro is just $11.38 per gallon (9¢ per oz) for subscribers, and we provide free shipping. You’ll see significant savings vs typical cleaning products like Windex Glass Cleaner, Formula 409, Febreze Air Odor Eliminator, Lysol Disinfectant Spray, Clorox Clean-Up, Scrubbing Bubbles and more. The on-going cost of the all-in-one cleaner you make in Force of Nature Pro is just $0.37 USD/100 mL for subscribers, and we provide free shipping. You’ll see significant savings vs typical cleaning products like Lysol, Attitude, Method, Mrs. Meyers, and Febreze. Has it been tested by 3rd party labs? Yes! Force of Nature has been evaluated by 3rd party independent labs for cleaning performance, ingredient safety, and environmental impact. Cleaning performance lab test results vs the leading brands are here. You’ll see that our formula is just as effective as Windex on glass, Formula 409 on grease, Scrubbing Bubbles on soap scum, Febreze on odors, and Resolve on rugs. We’re also proud that 3rd party organizations have awarded our formula top ratings for gentleness. We’ve earned the highest possible rating by the Mayo Clinic’s SkinSAFE allergy rating system, we’re the only disinfectant and cleaner to earn the Clean Label Project Purity Award and be recognized by the National Psoriasis Foundation. We’re also Green Seal Certified for meeting the highest standards in protecting health, preserving the climate, and minimizing waste. How do I know how much I would use? You’d use the same amount of Force of Nature as you use of the products you replace it with. For example if you use it to replace all-purpose, bathroom, glass, toilet, floor cleaners, deodorizers and disinfectant sprays, you’d use the same amount of Force of Nature as you do of those products combined. Is it septic safe? Yes. Does it work with hard water? If you have hard water (> 100ppm), please use a water softener, distilled or de-ionized water instead of tap water. This is because the minerals in hard water interfere with the chemistry, making the cleaner less effective, and can shorten the life of your Force of Nature Pro. How long is your formula effective as a disinfectant? Unlike diluted bleach solutions which may only be effective for 24 hours, our formula maintains its germ-kill potency for 2 weeks. Because you can use it for all your cleaning, disinfecting & deodorizing needs, you’ll find you use it up quickly. The light ring around the bottom of the Electrolyzer Appliance is color coded to let you know when it’s time to make a new batch. Does Force of Nature contain VOCs? No – Force of Nature is free from VOCs. Happiness Guarantee Love it or return it within 30 days.
