Uncured Bacon Bratwurst

This savory bratwurst is made by Journeyman Meat Co. and combines SRF Kurobuta pork shoulder with our apple brined uncured bacon.  It has the hearty flavor and texture of a traditional bratwurst with the surprising hints of sweetness and smoke from the bacon. Made with whole muscle pork shoulder, not trimmed pieces, for a robust pork flavor and firm bite. Delicious simmered in beer, pan-fried or cooked on a grill. Average weight: 12 oz. Each package contains 4 sausages.
