Unconditional Trust

In these eight talks on the Vajrayana view of meditation practice, which he learned from Chögyam Trungpa and many other masterful teachers, Reggie explains how trust plays an essential role in the process of discovering who we truly are. By developing the confidence to take the risk to step beyond ego, we are able to expand our range of experience to include what before may have seemed unthinkable and unimaginable. Through the development of fundamental trust, we can learn to meet the most painful aspects of our experience with a certain curiosity that frees us from the tiring samsaric struggle of acceptance and rejection. Then we begin to see that the relative reality of our lives is manifesting perfectly and completely, urging us further along the path to true human fulfillment and joy.
