It makes for an excellent meditation assistant as it pulls you out of your past and into the present - deepening your sense of being in the now. Unakite is called a vision stone and is also a popular tool for scrying. You can turn to this gem when you want to clear out the junk from your head, open your third eye, and connect with the answers that are held inside and that are sent down from the universe. Along with being a third eye opener, Unakite can also help shake out blockages from the heart chakra too. The Unakite Worry Stone also brings balance and lightness, inviting you to leave heavy burdens behind.  The wonder of worry stones sits in their ability to be held in the palm or stashed in the purse or pocket. Sometimes, we all need a little helping hand and worry stones can bring comfort, calmness, and stabilizing properties to your body, mind, and soul. You can sit in meditation with it or fiddle with it when feeling off-kilter.
