UltraLink Wireless Fixture Controller With PIR & Daylight Sensor | Bluetooth NLC | 12/24VDC | LinmoredLED ULTRAPIR40

Bring enterprise-grade smart automation, data collection, and robust wireless mesh networking to your commercial facility with the Linmore LED ULTRAPIR40 UltraLink Wireless Fixture Controller. Designed as a high-clearance, fixture-mounted control node, the ULTRAPIR40 combines a localized Passive Infrared (PIR) occupancy sensor and a daylight harvesting photocell with a powerful Bluetooth Networked Lighting Control (NLC) radio interface. It is precision-engineered for elevated spaces, operating at a maximum mounting height of 40 feet (12.2 meters). This makes it an ideal solution for retrofitting or new-construction deployments in high-bay commercial arenas, sprawling storage facilities, logistics aisles, and industrial manufacturing plants. The ULTRAPIR40 functions within a decentralized Bluetooth mesh network, communicating peer-to-peer with surrounding fixtures to execute complex group commands effortlessly. System commissioners, facility managers, and electrical installers can access the network via the UltraLink web portal or a dedicated iOS application to handle initial design, zone mapping, and granular parameter configurations. By monitoring infrared heat signatures, the sensor tracks motion across a full 360° conical coverage pattern extending out to a 30-foot (9.1-meter) radius. It automatically drives fixtures to full output or pre-programmed high-states when a zone is entered, and sweeps them down to dim or off levels once the space is vacated. Advanced Software Utilities & Hardware Scalability: When paired with the optional cloud-managed UltraLink Dashboard, the ULTRAPIR40 transcends standard motion tracking to act as an energy intelligence node. Facility directors can tap into advanced system capabilities, including utility-grade energy monitoring and automated demand response shedding protocols. Developed in tandem with technology partner Silvair, the controller meets strict IT requirements and fully conforms with rigorous DLC NLC5 Cybersecurity Standards. For hardware integration, the controller operates on a low-voltage 12-24 VDC input field, allowing it to be powered directly by standard commercial LED drivers equipped with a local 12V auxiliary power output. Key Features: Bluetooth Networked Lighting Control (NLC): Interconnects over a secure wireless mesh network, enabling synchronized group dimming and complex automated facility scheduling. High-Clearance Elevational Tracking: Engineered to maintain razor-sharp occupancy mapping at high mount settings up to 40 feet from the floor slab. UltraLink App & Portal Commissioning: Eliminates physical dip switches, allowing full modification of brightness targets, time delays, and task-tuning from a tablet or smartphone. Silvair Mesh Core Integration: Built on industry-vetted technology to ensure seamless cross-device communication and rock-solid architectural reliability. Emergency Compliance Ready: Holds a formal UL 924 certification for life-safety emergency lighting control, alongside UL, FCC, and DLC listing approvals. It is strongly recommended to conduct on-site testing for range accuracy during the pre-design phase. Airflow Requirements: PIR detection functions optimally in areas featuring clean lines of sight paired with good air circulation to maintain thermal contrast accuracy. Power Requirements: Ensure the paired LED driver is equipped with an auxiliary power output tap (12V) to supply low-voltage DC directly to the controller core. Approved Fixture Compatibility The ULTRAPIR40 network controller features low-voltage leads designed for integration with Linmore LED's core indoor high-ceiling and linear industrial luminaire portfolios: Essentials Series 4.0 (ES4): High-efficiency linear industrial models. Commercial High Bay (CH2): Round and linear high-ceiling industrial fixtures.
