EZ-Connect UltraLink Wireless Fixture Controller with Microwave and Daylight Sensors | LinmoreLED ULTRAMW-BK-EZ10

Optimize facility automation in challenging architectural landscapes and scale your smart building network simultaneously with the EZ-Connect™ UltraLink Wireless Fixture Controller with Microwave and Daylight Sensors. Finished in a rugged, matte black engineering polymer (Product Code: ULTRAMW-BK-EZ10), this advanced control module combines active high-frequency microwave radar motion tracking and ambient photo-sensing daylight harvesting with a localized Bluetooth Networked Lighting Control (NLC) Mesh node. Designed specifically for high-ceiling industrial facilities, multi-partitioned environments, and outdoor parking zones, this plug-and-play solution eliminates the need to specify standalone sensor modules and separate network receivers by housing both inside a single high-efficiency core. It captures and routes shared occupancy signals, schedule profiles, and daylight levels across your facility’s smart lighting grid. Unlike traditional infrared sensors that rely on line-of-sight thermal detection, this component actively emits 5.8GHz microwave radar signals. It monitors the frequency shift (Doppler effect) of the returning waves, allowing it to detect motion instantly through glass, thin partition walls, and non-metallic obstacles—making it perfect for high-ambient heat zones that disrupt standard PIR modules. Enclosed in a high-impact black polycarbonate housing with an IP65 dust and water ingress rating, it easily handles mounting heights up to 40 feet (12 meters) while casting a wide 360° circular coverage pattern spanning out to a 50-foot (15-meter) radius. For quick diagnostic field walk-testing, it features a built-in LED motion indicator, along with a top-mounted magnetic reset contact that lets technicians overwrite network settings safely in five seconds using a handheld magnet. Seamless Network Integration & Tool-Less Twist-Lock Setup: Built around the standard EZ10 Twist-Lock connector base, the ULTRAMW-BK-EZ10 deploys in seconds. Installation requires zero specialized trade tools or complex internal wire splicing; technicians align the terminal pins with the fixture's exterior receptacle, press down flush, and rotate clockwise to secure a weatherproof low-voltage 12-24V DC operating loop. Equipped with an integrated high-gain wireless antenna, it sustains a stable line-of-sight Bluetooth range of up to 200 feet (60 meters) to bridge data paths between neighboring fixtures. Custom dimming curves, zone groupings, and daylight harvesting lux limits are managed via the UltraLink iOS app or browser-based web portal, while upgrading to the cloud-mapped UltraLink Dashboard opens up enterprise tools like granular energy monitoring and automated demand response tracking. Key Applications: Complex Industrial Warehouses & Logistics Hubs: Projects radar waves around structural columns and bulky racking setups, eliminating blind spots across large driving aisles. Commercial Parking Structures & Transit Garages: Detects approaching vehicles and pedestrians even around tight concrete corners and vehicle pillars. High-Ambient Processing & Manufacturing Floors: Ignores heavy machinery heat signatures that cause false triggers on PIR units, reacting only to physical movement across temperatures from -4°F to +140°F. Enclosed Restrooms, Breakrooms & Hallways: Maintains active light automation by sensing movement through non-metallic stall walls, ensuring employee safety. Actual field range varies based on structural layouts, building materials, and local signal interference. Conducting an on-site radio frequency (RF) walk-test is highly recommended during system deployment. Advanced Smart Network Architecture Capabilities Integrated Multi-Sensor Architecture: Combines high-frequency active radar tracking, ambient light harvesting measurement, and long-range Bluetooth network routing within a single twist-lock housing. Coordinated Mesh Grouping: Transmits real-time occupancy data across the local wireless network, allowing groups of neighboring fixtures to illuminate simultaneously when motion is triggered. Granular Enterprise Power Auditing: Connects to the optional UltraLink Dashboard to deliver precise tracking of active wattage consumption, fixture runtime logs, and verifiable utility cost savings. Automated Demand Response (ADR): Allows facilities to interface directly with regional utility load-shedding systems, automatically trimming output power thresholds during peak electrical consumption windows to capture lower tier utility rates.
