Ultra Shear Dispersion Blade

Operating at high RPMs, our ultra shear dispersion blades excel in rapidly achieving a fine particle size for solids. As the liquid contacts the blade, it moves outward, cascading over the teeth, effectively breaking down agglomerations into smaller particles. The ultra shear blade boasts additional surface area at the tip, enabling even higher shear levels in the product. This feature enhances throughput on high-speed mixers, ensuring efficient and swift processing. Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, these dispersion blades offer exceptional chemical and abrasion resistance, guaranteeing longevity and reliability in various industrial applications. Whether for emulsifying, homogenizing, or dispersing tasks, the ultra shear dispersion blades stand as versatile tools, consistently delivering precise and fast mixing results. With their innovative design and robust construction, these blades are the ideal choice for achieving superior dispersion performance in demanding manufacturing environments. For attachment with a bolt-on hub, view our large selection of dispersion blades with pre-drilled hole patterns. The corresponding pattern can also be drilled into this blade by the customer. Blades with a 1/4" & 3/8" center hole can be attached using a blade adapter shaft and blade adapter washer. For questions on hub and blade compatibility, please chat with us for a quick resolution!
