Ultra Magnesium Complex

Ultra Magnesium Complex Magnesium is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in our bodies every single day!  Most people are not getting enough Magnesium, even if you eat a healthy balanced diet. A deficiency in Magnesium can cause many serious health issues such as heart problems, difficulty sleeping, decreased focus, difficulty managing stress, loss of bone density and loss of exercise performance. This is why everyone should be taking a high quality magnesium supplement every day. We formulated LiveGood’s Ultra Magnesium Complex with the most bioavailable forms of Magnesium that most people are not getting enough of in their diet or from other supplements; Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium Gluconate. Magnesium Glycinate helps relieve anxiety, promote bone strength, help maintain healthy heart rhythms, amplify exercise performance, and even help reduce pain; Magnesium Gluconate supports healthy physiologic cell function of nerves, muscles, bones, and the heart. How to Use:   Take 2 capsules by mouth daily with or without food. BEST taken separated by other medications and vitamins by at least 2 hours. A favorite routine of ours is to split the dose and take 1 capsule in the afternoon to help with the late day stress response and take the other capsule before bed to support the sleep cycle. If preferred and easier, take both capsules 30 minutes before bedtime. IF stomach upset occurs, take with food at lunch or dinner. BEST taken EVERYDAY.
