Ultima Cena

Ultima Cena Last Supper tapestries The Ultima Cena tapestry wallhanging has a more accurate background than some of the other Last Supper tapestries.  It recreates the mural painting in the refectory of the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan. This version of the Leonardo da Vinci fresco is an Italian tapestry woven in 53% viscose, 41% cotton and 6% polyester. It is fully lined, with a rod pocket for hanging – with every order we enclose suggestions to help you hang a tapestry. There are also two versions with a different background from the same Italian tapestry weaver. Kerrie sent us this photo of her Last Supper tapestry hanging in her home in Texas. We enjoy her use of rod, hanging bracket and tassels to set off the tapestry. She wrote, “We love our tapestry. It’s perfect.” (Please note that we do not supply rods – see tapestry hanging suggestions.) Appropriately, Rick hung his Ultima Cena tapestry wall-hanging in his dining room in Georgia, USA:   Save Save Save
