The Ukudoba Chandelier is a sculptural statement piece, meticulously crafted using natural Imfibinga beads to form its intricate, cascading pattern. Also known as Zulu Teething Beads, Imfibinga seeds (Coix lacryma-jobi) are derived from a tall, grain-bearing perennial tropical grass and have been traditionally valued for both their beauty and tactile quality. Strung by hand, the beads create layers of texture and movement, allowing light to softly filter through and animate the space below. Balancing organic materiality with a refined silhouette, the Ukudoba Chandelier brings warmth, depth, and an unmistakable sense of artisanal craftsmanship to interiors ranging from modern to globally inspired. All hard-wired lighting is UL-listed for dry locations and is not suitable for outdoor use. Each chandelier is supplied with three 8" umber grey down rods and electrical cord.
