Every so often, we will get something back from the butcher that doesn't meet our standards. The package has frost in it. The cut is too small. The steak is packaged crooked. When we have an entire bin of stuff we cannot use, we offer you the UGLY BOX. Each box is sold by weight and not by contents. Each UGLY BOX is a 15-pound GRAB BAG mix.
