UDTJ-150 Egg Centrifugal Egg Cracker From Ovo-Tech

Take your cracking game to a whole new level with the UDTJ-150 Automatic Egg Centrifuge Machine. This beast is the big daddy of the Ovo-Tech lineup, and it's going to have you saying, "Hand-cracking? What's that?" Now, we all know and love the semi-automatic UDTJ-10 egg breaker, but this bad boy is in a league of its own. We're talking a whopping 20,000 eggs per hour processing capacity – that's double the output of its little sibling. Imagine the time and labor you'll save with this powerhouse on your team. But here's where it gets really good: this machine is fully automatic, which means no more manual shell removal nonsense. After you've filled the hopper with eggs, the UDTJ-150 takes care of the rest. It cracks those babies open, filters out the shells using a special 0.8mm rotating mesh, and transports that sweet, sweet egg liquid straight into your waiting container. And you know what else? Those pesky shells? They're automatically discharged into a separate waste receptacle, so you don't have to lift a finger. It's like having your own personal egg-cracking concierge. Now, let's talk about the nitty-gritty details. This machine is built like a tank, with a robust housing, powerful drive unit, spacious hopper and tank, and a snazzy snail conveyor to keep things moving smoothly. And let's not forget the shell extraction mechanism – that's the real star of the show here. Cleaning is a breeze too. Just unplug the hopper, remove the sieve and extraction mechanism, and give those parts a quick rinse under running water. As for the lower part with the drive unit? A simple wipe-down with a damp sponge is all it takes. Easy peasy. These egg-breaking machines are proudly used and trusted by breakfast cafes and restaurants like Metro Diner, The Toasted Yolk Cafe, and The Original Pancake House.
