Ucari | Intolerance Testing Kit

Ucari offers a non-invasive at home test kit for intolerances using a hair sample (no hair root required!) If you've done an allergy panel but your pet is still struggling with itchy skin or digestive disturbances, Ucari's Intolerance Testing Kit may be what you need to round out your investigation.  Can be used with dogs & cats Intolerances VS Allergies A true allergy triggers the immune system. Even small amounts of the offending substance can cause symptoms, which can be severe. In contrast, an intolerance occurs when the body has a chemical reaction to the exposure of a substance, which often affects the digestive system or epidermis after a period of time or a certain level of exposure.   Think about the differences in having a peanut allergy vs a lactose intolerance. Both cause issues, but in different ways.  Allergy tests do not test for intolerances or sensitivities & this kit does not test for allergies, as they are two separate issues.  Testing for both allows you to have the most comprehensive view of what might be up with your pet.
