Unisex Superblast 3

The ASICS Superblast 3 is a high-stack performance trainer designed for runners who want maximum cushioning with a fast, energetic feel. Built to handle daily mileage, long runs, and steady workouts, it delivers a smooth ride that stays responsive even as the miles add up. The midsole features a dual-layer construction with FF BLAST PLUS on the bottom and the upgraded FF LEAP foam on top. This combination creates a lively, efficient bounce while maintaining stability under a tall stack. A newly added trampoline pod enhances toe-off, helping transitions feel quicker and more fluid. Compared to the previous version, Superblast 3 sheds weight while preserving its signature cushioned ride. An engineered woven upper provides breathable support and a secure fit, while the updated eyestay construction improves midfoot lockdown. Underfoot, the ASICS Grip outsole with AHAR LO rubber delivers reliable traction and durability for road running. If you are looking for a premium daily trainer that blends lightweight performance with protective cushioning, the Superblast 3 is built to keep you moving comfortably and confidently.
