Tyrol Pattern for Les Cheries Dolls

Inspired by “Heidi™,” the “Chalet School™” books, and my love of mountains, this adorable pattern allows your doll to visit the alps too. Alternatively, take a different twist and you have an outfit for your doll working around the house or creating craft projects. Take it a step further by removing the apron and scarf, and you have a beautiful pinafore over a smart blouse, which is just perfect for an outing to town or a visit to the relatives. The “Tyrol” outfit, by Karen Lorraine Design, consists of a crisp, unlined blouse (with optional collar) and a trendy pinafore. Both pieces have easy-to-open back closures of hook and loop tape or snap fasteners. The clean-cut apron adds versatility to the pattern, while the bonus headscarf has extra-long ties to allow for easy securing. There is also a special section in this pattern demonstrating the ribboned variation of the pinafore. “Tyrol” is designed to fit Corolle® Les Cheries and similar 33cm/13" dolls like Paolo Reina Las Amigas®.     Recommended Fabrics: Woven cottons like quilting cotton, lawn, broadcloth, voile Supplies Needed: “Fabric One” for blouse 36" (wide) x 6" (deep), cotton fabrics like lawn, broadcloth, quilting cotton “Fabric Two” for pinafore and scarf 44" (wide) x 12" (deep), cotton fabrics like quilting cotton “Fabric Three” for apron 24" (wide) x 11" deep, cotton fabrics like voile, lawn, or quilting cotton.
