Tylose Cellulose Ether

Sculpt with Flawless Elasticity: Authentic Tylose Brand Cellulose Powder Transform your home-mixed clay bodies into professional-grade, highly responsive modeling mediums with authentic Tylose Brand Cellulose Powder. Universally trusted by professional artists and studio makers, this premium water-soluble polymer serves as a high-performance binder and plasticizer. It is engineered to inject maximum flexibility, silky workability, and unyielding structure into your custom clay blends. Whether you are formulating artisan metal clay, air-dry clay, mixing delicate cold porcelain, or refining precision paper clay bodies, Tylose provides the structural architecture that your hands demand. Why Masters of Clay Choose Genuine Tylose Homemade clay formulas—especially those using fine minerals, starches, or alternative binders—frequently lack the necessary tensile strength and elasticity. Tylose corrects these performance issues on a structural level. High-Performance Plasticity: Converts short, crumbly, or brittle clay mixtures into a buttery, highly plastic medium. Roll, stretch, and shape your clay into micro-thin layers without tearing or edge-cracking. Exceptional Green Strength: Forms a rigid yet flexible network throughout the clay body as it dries. This drastically boosts the handling strength of unfired pieces, allowing you to carve, sand, and refine intricate details with total confidence. Controlled Uniform Drying: By regulating moisture retention and evening out water evaporation, it protects your hard work from warping, shrinking unevenly, and developing deep drying cracks. Flawless Crystal-Clear Blend: Milled to an ultra-fine mesh consistency, Tylose dissolves smoothly and dries completely transparent. It will never muddy your custom color palettes or cloud your fine white clay formulations. Versatile Studio Applications A minor addition unlocks major structural capabilities across an array of specialized craft compounds: Premium Metal, Cold Porcelain & Air-Dry Clays: Recreates the ultra-smooth, translucent finish and high-flexibility profile of commercial luxury brands using simple raw ingredients. Paper Clay Structural Reinforcement: Acts as a seamless bridging agent, tightly locking organic cellulose fibers together with mineral bases for lightweight, ultra-tough sculptures. High-Strength Joinery Slip: Mix a small pinch with dry clay dust and water to build an elite, crack-resistant "mending paste" for attaching dry-to-dry or delicate structural components.
