We're here to make sure that doesn't happen! To best assess your dog's collar size, gently wrap a soft tape measure around the widest area of their neck (typically near their shoulders). If you don't have a soft tape measure, we recommend using a piece of string and measuring it against a measuring tape afterwards.  To ensure a comfortable fit, insert two fingers perpendicularly between the tape measure and your dog's neck. This will help you find the perfect fit that allows for both comfort and mobility. Collar Size Neck Size (first hole to last hole) Suitable For... Small 10.75 - 14.5" inches (27.3 - 36.83 cm) Suitable for small dog breeds such as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, and Toy Poodles Medium 14.5" - 18.5" inches (36.83 - 47 cm) Suitable for medium-sized dog breeds such as Beagles, French Bulldogs, and Cocker Spaniels Large 18.25" - 23.25" inches (46.4 - 59.1 cm) Suitable for large dog breeds such as Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, and German Shepherds   Pro Tip: To accommodate growing puppies or dogs with extra thick coats, we suggest leaving a bit of extra room (approximately the width of three fingers) when taking measurements. This additional space ensures a comfortable fit, allowing room for their growth and the fluffiness of their coat. If your dog's measurements fall between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. It's always better to have a collar that can be adjusted for a snug fit rather than one that is too tight. Remember: Measure twice; Order once!
