Two Gondolas

This painting is based a sketch I did on my trip to Venice. I liked this section of the canal that curved, creating more allure and points of interests for the buildings on both sides of the canal. But what makes the scene exciting for me are the two gondolas in the foreground that framed everything else in the painting.   Medium: Watercolor on paper Dimension: 11” x 15” (27.94cm x 38.1cm) Study piece dimension: Dimension: 11” x 15” (27.94cm x 38.1cm) Please note that the dimension shown is the size of the paper which includes about ½” white border on all sides.
