Two Day Bellyboard/Alaia Workshop with Jon Wegener

Jon Wegener is a surf legend, especially in the world of finless surf craft like paipos and alaia's. If you've been to any our annual fall events, you've likely crossed paths with him. This fall, we're thrilled to welcome Jon back to Maine where he'll be offering a two day bellyboard workshop on Monday and Tuesday Sept 22nd & 23rd.  Come early and enjoy our annual event Surf Re-Evolution on Saturday Sept 20th and and spend Sunday the 21st in the water trying different shapes and sizes. Then wake up Monday morning and build your dream paipo with Jon guiding you through the process.  Over two days, you'll create your own template and cut your outline, shape in bottom contours and rail profiles, learn proper use of edge tools, and more. In the end, you'll sand, brand and customize your board and add finish.  This is a once in a year (sometimes longer) opportunity, with just 8 spots open so don't miss it. Sign up today!
