The scallop edged version will fit on 45″ fabric on the fold. The straight hem version will require 50″ wide fabric to cut on fold. Narrower fabric will require a center back seam Notions: Cloak clasp, frog, or coat hook for closure. 2 yards millinery wire. Wire cutters.
