Ribbon Trim Tutu - Multi-colored Tulle

Ribbon Trim Multi-Colored Tutu   DESCRIPTION  The tutus are made with a soft sheer tulle material. One layer of double-sided satin ribbon is sewn onto the bottom for durability.
