WHAT’S INCLUDED  Rear fender Mudguard- Finish of your choice  CRF50 Front fender  Key Features: • High-gloss black finish for a sleek, premium look • Durable, lightweight construction • Full coverage protection from dirt, mud, and debris • Direct fitment for easy installation • Perfectly matched set for a cohesive build INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (REAR FENDER) • Remove Stock Rear Fender ◦ Unscrew the stock Tuttio Soleil 01 rear fender. ◦ Keep all original bolts – these are required for proper installation. screws & washers are not included  • Position Rear Fender ◦ Place the upgraded rear fender in alignment with the mounting holes. ◦ Due to frame variations, minor adjustment or alignment may be needed. • Mounting & Fitment ◦ Use the original Tuttio rear fender bolts to secure the new fender. ◦ Start all bolts loosely before tightening fully to ensure proper alignment. ◦ Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the plastic. • Optional Reinforcement (Tabs) ◦ This fender includes reinforcement tabs near the mounting points. ◦ These can be used with zip ties for added stability. ◦ Helpful if bolt holes do not perfectly align or if additional support is needed.   Note: Fitment may vary slightly depending on bike and previous modifications.
