Add the flavor during kegging or bottling, starting with the lower amount and adjusting gradually to taste. Mix gently and sample before treating the entire batch. Flavor Profile and Beverage IdeasTutti-Frutti is a bright mixed-candy fruit profile with banana, citrus, berry, and tropical notes. Use it in wheat beer, blonde ale, fruit cider, session mead, or a hard seltzer. It also fits craft soda when a playful candy character is intentional. Pineapple, cherry, orange, lime, and vanilla can steer the blend in a clearer direction.
