Turquoise Double Deck Pendant

The Double Deck construction adds another layer—literally. Two separate planes of metal are fabricated and brought together to create depth, dimension, and a more substantial presence than a traditional stone setting. A vivid turquoise cabochon takes center stage in this layered Strata pendant, surrounded by hand-stamped brass and a second dimensional layer beneath it. The stone's saturated blue-green color gives the piece an unmistakable presence, while the irregularity of the natural stone keeps it feeling earthy and organic. The surrounding metal is covered with individually stamped glyphs and marks, creating a surface that feels collected rather than perfectly uniform. Every line, impression, and small variation is part of the handmade process. A bold little artifact for anyone who likes their jewelry with color, texture, and a strong sense of individuality.
