It has effective bacterial action for P-acnes and other bacteria and their acne promoting lipases (enzymes) and is also recommended for rosacea and acne rosacea. The turmeric adds anti-inflammatory benefits and also blocks the actions of 5 alpha-reductase (enzyme), which converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, reducing sebum production and eliminating acne infections. The marjoram blocks inflammation which is generated by free fatty acids within the follicles.
