Combining the timeless tradition of lever-driven extraction with modern thermal stability, the Turin Axis offers coffee purists and advanced users unmatched control over their extraction profile, delivering an exceptional specialty coffee experience. Traditional Artistry Meets Modern Engineering The Turin Axis is meticulously crafted to bridge the gap between historic espresso ritual and contemporary performance. By utilizing a physical lever mechanism, barista-led pre-infusion and pressure profiling become entirely tactile. This hands-on control allows you to manipulate the flow and pressure in real-time, pulling out complex flavor notes, enhanced clarity, and a thick, velvety crema that automated pump machines simply cannot replicate. Advanced Thermal Stability & Consistency While classic lever machines often struggle with temperature fluctuations, the Turin Axis features an engineered group head assembly designed for maximum thermal stability. Whether you are pulling your first shot of the morning or serving consecutive drinks back-to-back, the machine maintains tight temperature management, ensuring that every extraction is as stable and consistent as the last. Built to Endure: Professional-Grade Construction Durability and reliability sit at the very core of the Turin Axis design. Constructed from heavy-duty metal and premium components, this machine is engineered to withstand the rigorous physical demands of daily manual pulling. Every joint, spring, and seal is precision-machined to provide a smooth, reassuring lever action and years of flawless service. Elegant, Functional Simplicity The design philosophy of the Turin Axis emphasizes clean lines and functional minimalism. By reducing unnecessary digital menus and complex electronic failure points, the machine maximizes mechanical reliability. Fewer circuit boards mean a more robust, long-term asset for your coffee bar, focusing purely on high-end mechanical execution. Dynamic Pressure Profiling With the Turin Axis, you are not locked into a single factory pressure curve. The manual lever allows you to gently pre-infuse the coffee puck at low bars to eliminate channeling, before ramping up to full pressure and naturally tapering off at the end of the shot. This complete control makes it incredibly versatile for dialing in everything from delicate, light-roasted single origins to rich, traditional dark-roasted espresso blends. Premium Value for the True Enthusiast Compared to other high-end lever machines on the market, the Turin Axis excels in structural build quality, thermal management, and tactile feedback. It delivers the ultra-premium performance, heavy-duty feel, and shot quality of machines twice its price, representing the absolute best value-for-money manual espresso machine in its class.  Features and Specifications: Base Length 14.5" Width 7.75" Height 13" with lever down Length with lever included 16" Height with lever up 29" Volts 120v Watts 180w 58mm walnut bottomless portafilter 18g basket size for double shot  LIMITTED TIME, FREE 22g basket for ristretto shot  Removable drip tray Pressure gauge Adjustable PID silicone group gasket Package dimensions L 18.5 x W 17 x H 12 Cavity capacity 87.4 grams Weight of Machine 19.8 lbs   Included in the box:  58mm walnut portafilter  Shot mirror  58mm spring loaded tamper  58mm puck screen  Magnet for puck screen  Spare O-Rings  Removable Drip Tray  Instruction Manual  Rod for lever with walnut handle  100% stainless steel brew path The brewing path is completely separated from the aluminum structural components.
