Tumbled Shungite Stone

1-2" Shungite is one hard working mineral. It's known to remove impurities and other organic substances from water. This makes shungite useful for sewage and water treatment, and water treatment at heat power plants. Shungite also seems able to kill bacteria and other germs. While it may a "blue-collar" stone, it's lustrous sheen and dark brooding color makes for a mysterious and attractive looking specimen.  According to Metaphysics: Many consider it a highly grounding stone and feel it has spiritual wisdom that can produce a sense of harmony. Some also believe that shungite has EMF-blocking potential, specifically the various electromagnetic fields, radiation fields and frequencies from household and personal devices. Many think it helps energize and ground your root chakra. This allows your body to become more receptive to energies in the higher chakras and deflecting away bad luck and other bad energies. It is also said that water purified by shungite carries some of the same strong earth energies. All minerals and stones vary in size and shape.
