Tube Bands to Support the Olympus Grip Band Resistance Exercises

What’s in the Package? Includes a set of 2 x 10 lbs resistance tube bands and a set of 2 x 50 lbs resistance tube bands, as each Olympus Grip requires a separate band of the same resistance strength. Each tube band is 3.9 ft long and includes 2 aluminum carabiners on either end. Elasticity: Made from 100% latex which helps retain its elasticity and strength. Total Body: Resistance bands can be effective way to boost strength and stamina for body weight resistance exercises. Can be used to improve both upper and lower body strength. Anchor: Once you clip both tube bands to each Olympus Grip, use the bottom of your shoes and the weight of your body to anchor the midpoint of the tube bands.
