DuPont TapTec TT-3012-400 RO Membrane | 400 GPD High-Flow Residential & Light Commercial Reverse Osmosis Element

Part Number: TT-3012-400  Size: 3" x 12" (2.93" diameter x 11.74" length) GPD: 400 Rejection: 96% (typical stabilized) / 94% (minimum) The DuPont TapTec™ TT-3012-400 is a high-flow residential and light commercial reverse osmosis membrane designed for excellent performance in standard tap water conditions. Leveraging DuPont’s advanced thin-film composite technology, it delivers a strong balance of high permeate production and reliable contaminant reduction at lower operating pressures. Key Features & Benefits: High Output — Produces 400 gallons per day at just 70 psi under standard test conditions (250 ppm NaCl, 77°F, pH 8, 20% recovery). Solid Rejection Performance — Achieves 96% typical stabilized salt rejection, effectively reducing TDS, dissolved salts, and other impurities for great-tasting drinking water. Compact Residential Size — Standard 3012 configuration (fits most 3" x 12" residential RO housings with 3.0–3.05" I.D.). Reliable & Value-Driven — Built for consistent everyday use in point-of-use systems, under-sink filters, and small commercial setups. Ships dry for convenient handling and extended shelf life. Typical Applications: Residential under-sink or whole-house drinking water systems Light commercial RO (offices, restaurants, small businesses) Replacement element for existing 400 GPD systems Home water purification where higher flow at moderate pressure is needed This membrane is an outstanding choice for users seeking higher production rates without sacrificing quality or increasing pump pressure significantly. For optimal performance, pair it with proper pre-filtration (sediment + carbon) and follow standard RO system maintenance practices.
