Tsoga

I struggled with depression and searching for answers to the ache; I studied philosophy in college. There weren't answers, just more questions. Somewhere before the internet of endless quotes, I read, "If you want to be happy, wake in the morning and run into the rising sun." It works if you get up and run long enough but damn it, I always find myself living in cities. I was searching again through night shoots and sleepless summer days in the Kalahari Desert, looking for trees to tell you stories. One night, I left my tent and went to sleep under the stars on the salt pan. I woke in the predawn light to find this invitation to run! The emptiness offered an answer that my searching always overlooks.   Signed and numbered limited edition photograph.
