We’re taking it further than just the mount. This rock solid diving board brings ultimate functionality to the Tactical One-Piece Scope Mount. The diving board mounts via our patent pending dual taper mounting point on the top of the scope cap, delivering the most secure attachment possible. Useful for items ranging from levels and dope cards to red dots and weapons-mounted laser range finders. The durability and rigidity of this piece are the best in class, making your return to zero that much better. CHOOSING A DIVING BOARD HEIGHT Standard Height – Ideal for mounting behind a NV/Thermal clip-on, where you need the laser to clear something taller in front. Also helpful with a very specific shape of optic, like the NF 2.5-20 where the angle on the objective bell is VERY sharp. Low Height – This is the far more popular diving board. If you are not using a clip-on, this is the more low-profile choice for a VAST majority of users. It fits nearly all popular optics (see above). Super specific notes – If you’re using a Maztech X4, go with standard. It simply needs more lugs to attach to. Also, seriously, the only optic we know that cannot use the low diving board because of clearance is the NF NX8 2.5-20. There may be others, but we don’t know about them.
