Trust Worksheets (2 Pages)

Trust takes time to build, but just a moment to break — and for many young people, knowing how to earn and keep it can be a challenge. Whether it’s fulfilling a promise, telling the truth, or showing consistency in actions, trust is the foundation behind strong relationships. When young people understand how trust works and what it looks like, they’re more likely to create safe, respectful spaces where honesty and dependability thrive. The Trust Worksheets include two pages: Building Trust and Being Trustworthy. These worksheets feature reflection and practice activities that help clients explore what it means to build and show trust. Through self-ratings, real-life scenarios, and guided questions, these activities let clients think about how their actions affect trust and how they can be trustworthy at home, school, and in the community. Working through these pages helps kids and teens recognize that trust isn’t something automatic — it’s earned through positive choices and actions over time. A good suggestion is to pick one area where they want to show more trustworthiness to practice for the week, like being honest during tough conversations. Caring adults can consider setting a shared goal that requires trust and accountability, like completing a family task. For additional learning feel free to include our All About Being Trustworthy handout. *This item is an instant digital download.
