Trust in Him

Trust in HimIn this tender watercolor by Jay Bryant Ward, a young girl in a soft cream dress gazes upward with quiet adoration at a tall, robed figure—widely understood as Jesus Christ—their hands gently clasped together. Rendered in warm sepia and ivory tones with luminous highlights, the loose and expressive brushwork creates an atmosphere that feels both intimate and eternal. The painting's ethereal, atmospheric background draws the eye inward, making the bond between the two figures feel timeless and deeply personal. It speaks without words to themes of faith, protection, and the tender trust that anchors a life of belief. Perfect for: Christian home interiors, nurseries and children's rooms, church fellowship spaces, baptism and confirmation gifts, and anyone who wants their walls to reflect what they hold most dear. Printed on gallery-quality fine art paper or canvas. Artist signature reads 'S. Bryant Ward' in the lower right corner.
