Trufoam Core

Solid-Foam Core for Uniform Feel and Edge-to-Edge Consistency Trufoam Core is a solid-foam Core Structure designed for programs that prioritize consistent feedback across the entire hitting surface. Compared with many cell-based honeycomb cores, a solid foam matrix can deliver a more linear, predictable response from center to perimeter—supporting a “connected” feel for competitive play. Paddle Configuration System (Core-Only Technical Profile) Core Structure: Trufoam — solid foam matrix calibrated for uniform response and durability Construction Method Compatibility: Thermoformed builds and cold-pressed builds (project-dependent) Composite Engineering (Bonding Focus): density and surface characteristics optimized for reliable bonding with carbon fiber faces (project-dependent) Performance Variables (Typical Tuning): feedback consistency, vibration profile, dwell/feel, long-term compression resistance Thickness Options: 10mm / 13mm / 14mm / 16mm / 18mm What Trufoam typically improves Uniform Response: more consistent rebound and vibration profile across the face, helping reduce edge-to-center feel variation Durability Over Time: solid-foam structures can be more resistant to crush and internal fatigue compared with many hollow-cell cores, helping preserve feel through extended use Connected Impact Feel: stable, “locked-in” feedback that supports confident placement and repeatable touch Positioning vs. PP Honeycomb PP honeycomb is commonly selected for cost-efficient, control-forward mainstream lines. Trufoam Core is typically used when a project prioritizes edge-to-edge consistency and long-run durability for competitive SKUs, especially when a brand wants a distinct, solid feedback signature. Manufacturing Consistency for OEM/ODM Programs Foam-based cores depend on controlled molding and process stability. WERiDON manages density calibration and production execution to help maintain repeatable core integrity and bonding readiness across bulk orders for performance-focused product lines.
