This truffle cream is a beautiful spread made of white truffle and porcini mushrooms. Truffle cream is especially recommended on rice, tagliatelle, gnocchi, meat and egg based dishes. Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms 84% (boletus edulis and relative group), olive oil 12%, white truffles 3% (Tuber Magnatum Pico), salt, wine vinegar, vegetable extracts, spices, flavorings. Suggestions: One teaspoon per person; mixed with cooking water, cream and butter; especially recommended on rice, tagliatelle, gnocchi, meat and egg based dishes.
