TrueClot® Task Trainer, Laceration/Stab Wound Light Skin Tone

TrueClot® Task Trainers are designed to simulate wound packing and demonstrate the use of advanced hemostatic gauzes with TrueClot Clotting Blood Simulant. The simulated large caliber gunshot wound can be packed with TrueClot Simulated Hemostatic Gauze while flowing TrueClot® Blood Simulant is pumped into the wound using the attached 1 liter squeeze bottle. Realistic simulated blood clots form on the gauze and flow from the wound when the gauze and blood simulant come in contact. Unlike the Laceration and Small Caliber Gunshot Wound models, this Task Trainer includes a hard plastic simulated bone inside the wound. The bone insert has a simulated fracture/defect and can be easily removed for cleaning. TrueClot Task Trainers are an excellent way to introduce your trainees and students to realistic hemorrhage control for TCCC, TECC, TEMS, PHTLS, and general wound packing techniques for advanced hemostatic gauze training. Task Trainers include these features: Point of bleeding not in line with inlet tube Inlet tube doesn't protrude into wound space so users can't feel the tube surface when wound packing Durable exterior paint Extra one way valve included Task Trainer Includes: 1ea Wound (Knife/Laceration) 1ea Blood Delivery Squeeze Bottle with Tubing 1ea Spare One Way Valve 5ea Hemostatic Training Gauze 1ea Blood Simulant Concentrate (makes 1 liter of simulant) The task trainer is made from sturdy silicone, has no moving parts and is designed to be used over and over again.
