Wave goodbye to waxy buildup and so long to split ends. Dismiss dry flakes, tame unruly tresses, and maximize a magnificent mane with a force field of fortifying suds. These botanical bubbles are infused with hair-loving herbs, emollient lipids, and nutrient-dense Spirulina: a high-protein superfood from the sea replete with amino acids to reinforce the hair shaft, bringing bounce and balance back to your locks. Topped with a trifecta of true-blue essences: Blue Tansy, Yarrow, and German Chamomile. Each contains the active phytochemistry of chamazulene, an indigo-colored phytochemical with calming and cooling properties that serves as nature's antidote to red, irritated scalps. Chamazulene acts as nature’s soothing response for flakes and scalp stress without synthetic dyes or stripping sulfides. Swirled into a liquid lather of botanical saponifiers and clarifying essences, these biome-balancing botanicals soothe scalp irritation while maintaining your skin's natural synergy. Whether you struggle with an oily scalp or lackluster strands, this non-stripping wash lifts away impurities while creating the ideal terrain to maximize your mane.  KEY BIOACTIVES: Distilled Spring Water Pure water distilled to deliver aqua to our botanical infusion.  Coco Protein Extracted directly from the rich fatty acids and proteins of pure organic, virgin coconut oil, this whole-plant cleanser creates soft, pillowy suds without a single drop of synthetic chemicals, sulfates, or sulfides. It has excellent compatibility with even the most sensitive skin types and lifts away impurities while naturally protecting the scalp biome, the hair's living lipids, and the planet's waterways. Yucca — Yucca elata Native to the American Southwest and affectionately known as the soap tree, the roots of this majestic plant are naturally abundant in rich plant saponins. Historically used as a traditional botanical soap, these pure Yucca roots encourage a magnificent, frothy lather in our shampoo while acting as a deep emollient to soothe, soften, and smooth the hair shaft. Spirulina — Arthrospira platensis Grown under the brilliant tropical sun and nourished by pristine ocean waters, our premium Hawaiian Spirulina is a dense, high-protein marine treasure. This vibrant emerald superfood acts as a fortifying protein treatment for your tresses, delivering a cascade of amino acids, B-complex vitamins, and iron straight to the hair matrix. It instantly increases hair volume, provides structural bounce to fine strands, and calms dry, flaky scalps. Working in perfect alchemical alignment with our azulene-rich essential oils, it deepens the shampoo’s rich, botanical hue while leaving your mane thick, healthy, and completely revived. Bladderwrack — Fucus vesiculosus This succulent seaweed is naturally mucilaginic, being both moisturizing and tonifying for the hair. People from regions that ingest lots of seaweed often have thick, beautiful hair! Dry, thirsty hair will relish the vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids found in our wild-harvested seaweed extract. Juicy, gelatinous seaweed holds moisture inside the strands to dramatically reduce flyaways, eliminate frizz, and replenish hair shine. Oatstraw — Avena sativa Harvested from the green, mineral-rich stalks of the plant rather than the grain itself, this naturally gluten-free herb acts as a nourishing smoother and soother for delicate hair strands, helping to effortlessly untangle stubborn knots and flyaways. Blue Tansy — Tanacetum annuum Blue Tansy is brimming with calming azulene and sesquiterpenes to cool, soothe, and tame your scalp and mane. It has a deliciously sweet, herbaceous aroma that enhances relaxation while smoothing the appearance of dry, red skin or scalps that have been overexposed to environmental elements. This benevolent blue dream brings peace and equilibrium to your hair care routine. Yarrow — Achillea millefolium Yarrow is particularly suited to balancing skin oil production, helping to harmonize an overactive or oily scalp. It is naturally high in cool, deep blue azulene to soothe irritation and keep the crown refreshed. German Chamomile — Matricaria chamomilla Beloved Blue Chamomile essence is distilled from flowers in the daisy family and harvested in the early morning hours for the most potent extract. High quantities of chamazulene impart this distillation with a deep, oceanic blue color, delivering compelling cooling and calming blessings especially suited for delicate skin and hair care. With its inky blue hue, German Chamomile contains rich constituents of sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpenols, making this oil an opulent offering to beautify our bodies. Frankincense — Boswellia carterii Sacred Frankincense is beautifully balsamic in nature, giving it an unparalleled power to tone and rejuvenate the skin. In hair care, Frankincense fortifies the hair strands from root to tip, strengthening the hair shaft while comforting the scalp. Blood Orange — Citrus aurantium Blood Orange oil is a brilliant tonic for the hair roots and scalp, helping to clarify buildup while its bright, uplifting scent inspires the senses. Vetiver — Vetiveria zizanioides Verdant, viscous Vetiver is a rooted, earthy, and grounding essence with a deep, mysterious fragrance. Lemon — Citrus limon Luscious Lemon purifies the skin from head to toe. It is a wonderful all-over hair tonic that gently clarifies residue, strengthens the hair cuticle, and dramatically increases reflective shine. The aroma is instantly uplifting and invigorating. HOW TO USE: Shampooing: To cleanse your hair, massage a small amount of this radiant lather into a wet scalp, adding water as necessary to build up a rich, supple foam. Spend a few minutes using your fingertips to thoroughly scrub the scalp, clearing away buildup so that pores are completely free to respire and inspire hair growth. Keep in mind that shampoo is primarily for cleansing the scalp; the process of rinsing the lather down the length of your hair is more than sufficient to cleanse the strands. Follow with Shine On Conditioner or our Honey Myrtle Deep Conditioning Mask for soft, shiny, and heavenly-scented hair. This gentle shampoo is perfectly safe and supportive for young ones’ hair, natural blondes, and color-treated tresses. Hand Soap + Body Wash: As a body wash, Seabuckthorn Shampoo serves as a lovely, multi-use staple for your countertop and shower. Pour a small amount into your palms for a sudsy wash, or dispense it generously under running water to watch it bloom into a clean, botanical bubble bath that is gentle enough even for a baby's tub. To extend your bottle and create a magnificent countertop hand soap, simply fill a foaming pump bottle with half Seabuckthorn Shampoo and half distilled water, then shake gently to combine. Color-Treated Hair: Our shampoos serve colored hair beautifully. Similar to healthy skin, healthy hair is naturally coated in protective sebum that keeps each strand elastic, smooth, and highly reflective. Synthetic hair products, even those marketed specifically for treated hair, strip away these vital oils, irritate the scalp, and leave behind an occlusive residue that stifles the skin, cuticle, and hair follicles. Harsh chemical surfactants cause hair color to fade fast, leaving strands dull and lifeless. Pre-Color Prep: To prime your mane, create a pre-color ritual the day or night before you plan on applying color by treating your hair to an intensive moisture treatment. Use our super-hydrating Honey Myrtle Deep Conditioning Mask, or let our Shine On Conditioner seep into your strands overnight. This deeply primes the hair matrix and paves the way for luminous, long-lasting color, as plump, well-hydrated strands grab onto the pigment more effectively and hold onto their vibrant dimension much longer without fading.
