Tropical Leather

DUA DESIGNER LINE Creating dark expressions of leather compositions is a relatively simple thing to do. Adding spices or a boozy accord is preferred, and to establish an even darker sensation, birch is added for a perfect smoky finish. However, creating a brighter and tropical variation of the genre is not as common, but that is precisely what David Jourquin managed to do in 2015 with Cuir Caraibes. Caraibes is a word that translates to Caribbean, and this olfactory expression will surely take you on a trip to a tropical destination. The green mango opening is juicy and ripe while bergamot is fresh and inviting. A white floral accord keeps the freshness alive before the vetiver and leather base tell the final, and darkest, chapter of the composition. Tropical Leather is our take on this masterpiece, and lovers of contrasting compositions will discover something truly unique with our stunningly accurate take on this woody spicy scent.
