At the core of v2.0 is a re-engineered foam assembly process built around a reinforced internal frame system. This structural backbone precisely aligns all internal components, improving durability, consistency in assembly, and overall fit. The interior now utilizes a hybrid construction of custom printed PLA and dense EVA foam, resulting in sharper edges, cleaner transitions, and a noticeably more refined finish. The watch slot geometry has been redesigned to be narrower, creating a controlled friction fit. As each pillow is inserted, it engages the slot with a deliberate, satisfying resistance that securely holds the watch in place. This enhancement improves stability during transport while preserving the same curved slot silhouette that is unique to authorized vaults. Nothing external has changed by design.
