Triple Magnesium

PILLAR Performance Triple Magnesium Professional Recovery Do you struggle to get a quality, restful-feeling night of sleep? I (Matt) struggled to sleep until I made PILLAR TRIPLE MAGNESIUM a part of my nightly routine. About 30 minutes before bed, I scoop PILLAR into a glass of water (usually warm water) and enjoy a tasty pre-bed cocktail that. According to my WHOOP data, it actually helps me get a higher sleep score. PILLAR's flagship product –this TRIPLE MAGNESIUM drink– is so simple yet so effective that it defies all expectations. We are amazed at the efficacy (how well it works) for so many of our athletes. We're not exaggerating when we say that of the 80 pro athletes we sponsor, at least half use it regularly and have been for months. What's with Magnesium? Magnesium plays an essential role in more than 300 essential biochemical processes, notably the serotonin pathway for sleep. For athletes, magnesium also plays a vital role in energy production and muscle function. Pillar is focused on creating "micronutrient" supplements to replace what high-performing athletes deplete in training and with hectic day-to-day schedules. Magnesium is one of the most crucial nutrients, but also likely the biggest deficiency that most people have. Why do all the Pros use this? It's not a secret that many of the world's best endurance athletes, and especially triathletes like Jan Frodeno, Ben Kanute and Ashleigh Gentle, are using it. We are seeing it's positive impact most notably on sleep scores and recovery in bouts of big training or leading into a key event. It's giving athletes more from their recovery. In fact, according to PILLAR, "since incorporating TRIPLE MAGNESIUM, Ashleigh Gentle has seen a remarkable increase in both HRV and deep sleep during periods of heavy training, upwards of 5-10% some days".   Product Details PILLAR TRIPLE MAGNESIUM features three select forms of highly absorbable magnesium, including TRAACS® from Albion Minerals.
