Trim Tab - 8M0236553

Trim Tab - 8M0236553 / 31640T07 The trim tab helps adjust the boat's bow height by controlling the angle of the motor. This can help reduce drag, improve fuel efficiency, and increase speed. By adjusting the trim angle of the outboard motor, trim tabs help in achieving better stability, reducing porpoising, and enhancing overall control, especially in choppy waters or during acceleration. Replacing anodes on a boat is crucial because they act as "sacrificial" metals, designed to corrode and dissolve instead of the other metal components on your boat, like the propeller and hull fittings, protecting them from galvanic corrosion which can cause significant damage if left unchecked.
