Triceratops Activity Wall Panel

The Triceratops Activity Wall Panels are a three-panel busy board shaped like a purple triceratops, with eight different hands-on activities running head to tail. Children sound the horn clacker, tap out notes on a xylophone with a mini cymbal, turn interlocking cogs with a flower spinner and bead wheel, slide a maze past five peekaboo eggs, and trace three different bead mazes, including one with a launch level. The twistable eye reveals different facial expressions, giving a parent or caregiver an easy prompt for naming feelings. At nearly five feet long, the triceratops stretches across a wall and gives more than one child room to play side by side, all without using a square inch of floor space. Where most panels give children one bead maze, the triceratops has three different ones, a slider maze with peekaboo eggs, a standard wire maze, and a wire maze with a launch level, plus the cogs and spinner. That means a child can keep returning to the panel and find a different kind of challenge each time rather than exhausting it in a single visit. The dinosaur theme also gives it strong shelf appeal for children who are already drawn to dinosaurs. Where These Work Best Playrooms and Bedrooms Mounted along a playroom or bedroom wall at a child's height, the triceratops turns a blank stretch of wall into an eight-station activity center without taking up any floor space. With one or two children using it and a parent nearby, the stations get explored thoroughly and the panel holds up well to everyday play. The bold purple dinosaur shape makes it a natural centerpiece children return to on their own. Home Daycares and Small Group Settings The length earns its keep here. In a home daycare or small in-home program where a handful of children share the space and an adult is always present, two children can play side by side at different stations, which makes it a natural setting for early sharing and turn-taking. Wall mounting keeps the floor clear for other activities. Home Fine-Motor and Therapy Programs Each station calls for a different hand movement, sounding the clacker, gripping the xylophone beaters, turning the cogs, tracing three different mazes. The three mazes in particular let a parent or therapist grade the difficulty within a single session, moving a child from the simpler standard maze to the launch-level maze as their control improves, all in a format children read as play rather than exercise. Eight activities across three panels: horn clacker, twistable expression eye, xylophone with mini cymbal, interlocking cogs with flower spinner and bead wheel, slider maze with 5 peekaboo eggs, wire bead maze with launch level, standard wire bead maze 55 inches long, room for two children to play side by side Three different mazes let you grade difficulty as a child's control improves Mounts flat to the wall, adds an activity center without using floor space Bead maze, bead wheel, and slider pieces move along fixed wires and tracks, best suited to supervised play Three panels include pre-drilled fixing holes, screws, and mounting instructions For ages 18 months and up, PreK and up Indoor use only Made by Learning Advantage
