This unusual crib quilt, most closely resembling Thousand Pyramids, is intricately designed to create a wonderful and complex pattern of light and dark triangles. The large triangles are composed of irregularly shaped pieces. A conversational print with the faces of dogs is used throughout. The overall pattern makes a terrific combination of light and dark diagonals. The pattern is equally effective when seen in any direction. Measurements are 35" x 44". Made 1880's; Pennsylvania origin. Condition is excellent.
