Triangle Wide Offset Spatula

Equipment Product Notes - Triangle Offset Spatula Description Section Product Title: Triangle Wide Offset Spatula Main Description: No more struggling to get that stubborn first slice of brownies, sheet cake or lasagna from the pan. This sturdy offset spatula gives you the leverage you need. The walnut wood handle sits a full 90 degrees apart from the stainless steel blade, allowing it to easily slide into any pan—even ones with straight sides. From there, just push down on the handle to get all the way under a slice and lift it out in one piece. It works so well that it earned the nickname “The Corner Piece Spatula” in our kitchen. But it’s not just an excellent serving tool: This spatula can smash burger patties, flip pancakes and scrape up fond, too. It’s especially well-suited to griddle or flat-top cooking because it sits upright on its blade unassisted, so you don’t have to find a spoon rest or a clean spot of stovetop to set it down. (And the handle stays cool even when it’s resting on a hot surface.) Net Weight: 3.25 ounces Materials: FSC-Certified Walnut Wood, Stainless Steel, Brass Dimensions: 9 inches x 2.6 inches x 2.6 inches Place of Origin: Germany Care: Hand wash to preserve the wood handle. How to Use: The leverage you get with this tool makes it easy to lift slices of Flourless Soy Sauce Brownies or Tahini Swirl Brownies out of the pan—even that annoying first piece. It works just as well with lasagnas and frittatas, like our Baked Zucchini and Gruyère Omelet, and because it sits upright unsupported, it’s an ideal companion for griddle cooking.
