Triangle Plastisol Ink - Process Yellow

This is a semi-transparent process ink used for CMYK or 4 Color Process printing. Tri-Flex 1100 Series plastisol inks are formulated for direct printing on athletic and leisure garments such as t-shirts, polos, hoodies, etc. These high quality screen printing inks can also be used for the manufacture of plastisol transfers. For direct prints, knit and woven T-shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys, fleece goods, and bandanna stock may all be used. All popular types of transfer release papers may be used to produce cold peel transfers. Curing Details Triangle plastisol inks cure at a temperature of 315° F to 330°F depending on ink deposit, fabric type, ink color and dryer efficiency. Failure to properly cure is the primary reason for ink adhesion failure. Thick ink deposits require more energy (longer dwell time) to cure. Dark colors absorb heat and cure faster than light colors. Colors which reflect heat like metallics, glitters and shimmers also require more energy to properly cure.
