Tremor 8 LED Mining Class Work Light

We combined over two decades of engineering experience and operator insights to set an entirely new standard for what a best-in-class work light looks like in the most demanding and high-stakes environments on planet earth. The Tremor Series Mining Work Lights are more durable, more reliable, and have a greater luminous efficacy (lumens per watt) than any other work light available in the market today. The 48W Tremor 8 LED achieves over 120 lumens per watt which means it draws less power, runs cooler, and will last longer than any other lamp with the same light output!! Tremor Series Lights are available in a 3, 5, & 8 LED profile offering three distinct beam patterns; a 25 degree broad spot, a 40 degree flood, and our signature Anti-Glare elliptical flood beam. The 5 LED and 8 LED lamps are also available in a high-watt & low-watt version; a specific request from asset managers and operators who needed different output and power draw options to suit different mining applications. And last but not least, our 5 LED lamp was specifically engineered to create the ideal headlight upgrade kit for popular haul truck models when combined with our vehicle-specific brackets! The anti-glare beam option, oversized Heat Sync, IronPoint™ Anti-Vibration System, and Grilamid UV Lens are just a few of the unique features that give Tremor an advantage over the competitors. Add to that an unmatched list of certifications & specs and you can easily see why Tremor is the new gold standard for mining-grade work lights. Unparalleled reliability is the sole reason we developed the Tremor Series Work Lights. Our superior thermal MGMT reduces heat & maximizes efficiency prolonging the life of the electrical components, while our anti-vibration mounting system and patented DrySeal™ Construction enable best-in-class vibration and ingress ratings. Key Features: X-Drive LEDs – TIR Optics Top Bin Cree LEDs are driven at 6 watts (for the standard output lamps) or 9 watts (for the high output lamps) though a proprietary TIR optic that is designed to focus the light where you need it most, reducing stray light and unwanted glare on the worksite. Max Luminous Efficacy At over 115 lumens per watt the Tremor Series lights are more efficient and deliver more light per watt than the competition. Oversized Heat Sync Thermal MGMT The Tremor heat sync is massive in proportion to the lamps power draw. This mechanical advantage combined with our live thermal management is how we are able to achieve such a high luminous efficacy. IronPoint™ Anti-Vibration Mounting System Our unique mounting system features a polyurethane isolator in between the housing and the bracket to fully dampen vibration and fully isolate the lamp from the rigid mounting surface. We than add a composite pointer system that further isolates the bolts from the bracket and allows operators to precisely aim the lights in conformance with lab & field tested lighting solutions that can be consistently applied to all the assets in your fleet.
