This is a beautiful necklace design featuring a large teardrop gemstone pendant with a branch adorned with delicately stamped leaves, representing the family.  Mom would certainly love this classy and feminine design.   Large birthstone is approximately 18x25mm.  Mannequin has on 16 inch design.   Metal GOLD. Chain is 14k gold-filled. Birthstone is 18k vermeil gold. Branch and leaves are gold-plated over brass. SILVER. Chain and birthstone are 925 sterling silver. Branch and leaves are rhodium-plated over brass.
